About the Role
We are looking for a Reimbursement Specialist who will be responsible for managing reimbursement claims related to lost, damaged, missing, or incorrectly charged inventory within Amazon FBA operations. The role also includes reporting responsibilities and direct communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and manage Amazon FBA reimbursement cases (lost, damaged, missing inventory, overcharges, etc.) via Amazon Seller Central
Open, monitor, and follow up on reimbursement claims in accordance with Amazon policies
Manage and respond to cases efficiently to ensure successful reimbursements
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reimbursement reports
Track reimbursement performance and analyze recovered amounts
Communicate regularly with clients via email and messaging platforms
Provide clients with clear updates on case status, results, and process improvements
Review inventory, FBA, and financial reports in Seller Central
Maintain accurate records of all reimbursement activities
Suggest process improvements to increase reimbursement recovery and efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree graduate
Comfortable working as an independent contractor
Fluent in English both writing and speaking, this is a mandatory requirement as most of our customers are based in the U.S. (Interviews will be held in English)
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Experience working with e-commerce agencies or managing multiple Amazon seller accounts is an advantage!
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
