If you’re a dietitian who loves fitness, performance, and working with active clients this is not your typical nutrition role. At RX Nutrition & Fitness, we work with CrossFit athletes, Hyrox competitors, and everyday individuals who want to perform, recover, and feel their best. We’re growing and looking for a Registered Dietitian who wants to work in a more performance-focused, real-world setting. Role Overview: This is a flexible hybrid role with: • Virtual coaching (primary) • Optional in-person sessions Frisco, Texas (not required) • Opportunity to work directly with fitness-focused clients You’ll work with: • CrossFit athletes (casual + competitive) • Hyrox and endurance athletes • Active individuals focused on performance, body composition, and recovery What Makes This Role Different: • Work with fitness-driven, motivated clients • Blend nutrition + performance (not just clinical care) • Flexibility to build your schedule (virtual + optional in-person) • No need to find your own clients • Opportunity to grow within a niche performance brand • Supportive team and established systems Unique Opportunity: For dietitians with a fitness background, there is also the opportunity to incorporate: • Movement or fitness development sessions with clients • Performance-focused coaching beyond nutrition • Deeper involvement in athlete development (This is optional and based on your experience and interest.) What You’ll Do: • Provide 1:1 nutrition coaching sessions (virtual + optional in-person) • Build personalized plans focused on performance, recovery, and body composition • Support clients with habit-building and long-term progress • Track outcomes and adjust plans • Collaborate with our team and contribute to growth Ideal Fit: • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) • Interest in fitness, CrossFit, Hyrox, or performance nutrition • Enjoys working with active, motivated clients • Strong communication and coaching mindset Bonus if you: • Have CrossFit, strength training, or endurance background • Are a coach, athlete, or regularly train yourself • Have experience with performance or body composition goals Schedule & Flexibility: • Flexible schedule based on your availability • Primarily virtual with optional in-person sessions if local • Ability to grow hours over time Compensation & Growth: • Additional bonus pay opporunities based • Opportunity to grow within a niche performance brand • Ability to expand your role based on interests (coaching, programming, etc.) Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: • Continuing education credits • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
