Brief Role Description
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational performance of Electrify America and Electrify Canada charging sites across an assigned region. This includes direct ownership of site performance as well as day-to-day coordination and support of Specialists to ensure efficient network operations.
The role drives site performance by maximizing charger availability, throughput, and customer experience, while minimizing operational costs through effective vendor management, technician utilization, and strong service provider accountability. The position supports site-level financial performance by leveraging data, tools, and cross-functional collaboration to make timely and effective operational decisions. The role proactively identifies trends, addresses root causes, and partners with internal teams to resolve outages and improve performance.
The role collaborates cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and overall network performance, while helping ensure a seamless charging experience for customers.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Site Operations Management (75%)
Own end-to-end operational performance of assigned Electrify America and Electrify Canada sites post-construction
Maximize charger availability, throughput, and overall site quality to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
Control operating costs through effective technician utilization, vendor selection, and performance management
Use data and operational tools to quickly identify, prioritize, and resolve site issues
Partner with Network Specialists to escalate critical issues, coordinate cross-functional support, and drive timely resolution to minimize operational impact and improve customer experience.
Oversee site commissioning to ensure timely delivery and strong post-launch performance
Ensure sites remain compliant, well-maintained, and visually appealing, including preventative maintenance
Manage scopes of work, dispatch field resources, and ensure timely follow-through on identified issues
Prioritize and route maintenance activities to improve uptime and optimize cost
Lead resolution of outages and site issues by coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Identify trends and address root causes to prevent repeat issues
Act as the primary owner for site-related matters including violations, inspections, upgrades, relocations, and decommissioning
Process Improvement (25%)
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability

In the state of California, the salary range is $87,900 – 185,300.
In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $87,900 – 155,400.
In the state of Washington, the salary range is $87,900 – 155,400.
In New York City, the salary range is $132,400 – 185,300.
In Westchester County, the salary range is $111,000 – 177,600.
In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $87,900 – 155,400.
