Atrium is selectively working with a client to hire a Physical Therapy (PT) Recruiter that sources, screens, and hires qualified physical therapists, assistants, and aides for clinics. They manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process—from sourcing on social media to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Key responsibilities include building a candidate pipeline, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring compliance.
• Candidates MUST have experience recruiting in remote areas in either IL, IN, KY, ID, WA, or NY.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Screening: Actively finding candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional associations, then conducting interviews to assess clinical skills and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: Managing the full hiring cycle, including initial outreach, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
• Client/Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborating with clinic directors to define staffing needs and provide market salary insights.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handling offer negotiations and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Compliance: Verifying licenses and credentials for candidates.
MUST HAVE REQUIRMENTS:
• iCIMS experience
• Phenom or CRM tools
• Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Strategic Sourcing or candidates through NPI lists, networking groups, social media, etc.
• High volume fill ratios of experienced hard to find certified therapists
