Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analyst / Engineer

Your mission We are looking for a motivated and versatile RWE Analyst / Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines technical data work with analytical thinking and exposure to high-impact projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work across a variety of projects, disease areas, and data sources, contributing to the generation and interpretation of real-world evidence in Europe and beyond. You will collaborate closely with physicians, medical registries, and leading pharmaceutical companies to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform clinical and regulatory decision-making. Your responsibilities: Build and maintain data pipelines and support data engineering tasks  Conduct statistical analyses on real-world healthcare data  Contribute or lead to the interpretation of results and generation of insights  Support or lead the development of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)  Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical experts, and medical registries (e.g., in neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology)  Work with cross-functional teams across multiple projects Your profile Required Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., data science, pharmaco-epidemiology, statistics, engineering, computer science)  Strong programming/engineering skills (R preferred; general purpose programming language such as Python acceptable)  Solid understanding of data analysis and statistics  Fluency in English and German Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  High level of flexibility and a service-oriented mindset  Nice to Have PhD and/or relevant work experience  Research expertise Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a regulatory context  Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling (e.g., causal inference methods)  Why us?
