About the Opportunity:
Established real estate operator seeking an experienced CPA or tax professional to handle multi-year tax filings and ongoing advisory for a growing portfolio.
This is not a basic return — we need someone comfortable with real estate, LLC structures, and investment activity.
Work is ready immediately.
Scope of Work:
• Prepare and file 2022 and 2023 business & personal tax returns (priority)
• Review and organize prior-year activity (2019–2021 optional follow-up)
• Handle rental income reporting (primary data source: property management system)
• Account for multiple property sales (fix & flip activity in 2022)
• Apply depreciation strategies across rental portfolio
• Advise on entity structure (LLC / S-Corp strategy)
• Provide clean, lender-ready financial positioning
Business Profile:
• Real estate rental portfolio (mid-term + furnished units)
• Property management system in place (organized reporting available)
• Prior flips and active development pipeline
• Additional business line: commercial vehicle parking operations
Ideal Candidate:
• CPA (preferred) or highly experienced tax preparer
• Strong background in real estate taxation
• Experience with depreciation, cost basis, and capital gains
• Comfortable working with incomplete prior-year filings
• Able to move quickly and communicate clearly
Timeline:
Immediate start.
Goal: File 2022 & 2023 returns as soon as possible.
