What You'll Do:
• Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
• Guide clients through every step of the process, from first showing to closing.
• Negotiate contracts in your clients’ best interest.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:
• A current Texas Real Estate License — or be willing to earn one (we'll guide you through the process!).
• Strong communication skills — you listen, connect, and explain with confidence.
• Knowledge of the local market or a desire to learn the market.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and follow-through.
