Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
What a day in the life looks like:
Software Development Excellence
Develop a thorough understanding of the product architecture within 6 months
Identify gaps and propose enhancements in the automation process and/or architecture
Deliver in line with project committed metrics on Velocity, Quality, and Accuracy of Estimates
Technical Direction
Achieve comfort with all aspects of automation at Infios within 6 to 12 months
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in testing approaches
Automate any part of the product, with a willingness to pick up new automation technologies as needed
Process Improvement
Share ideas for process, workflow, and continuous improvement initiatives
Understand and follow all team processes while actively suggesting improvements
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization
Communicate clearly to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals
Produce high-quality technical documentation, code demos, and concise written communications
What you bring to the team:
3-5 years of experience in software automation development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
Proven ability to independently design and develop automation frameworks
Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
Demonstrated ability to articulate a major technical problem and its corresponding solution
Experience in a Microservice environment with services created from scratch and deployed to the cloud
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains.
Playwright — test automation framework proficiency
TypeScript — strong working knowledge
Microservices with Kubernetes and Docker
Relational Databases — PostgreSQL preferred
Agile tools and CI/CD pipelines
Azure DevOps and Git
