Our Financial Data client is seeking a Project Manager/ Quality Assurance & UAT Support to join their team on AEM Content Build Project. You will partner closely with content authors and stakeholders to manage workflow, ensure quality, and drive a structured, page-by-page rollout across a high-volume site.
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
• Contract length: 5/26/2026-7/31/2026
• Hours: 2-10 hours per week (50 total)
• Location: Remote with required virtual collaboration
• Process: Participation in daily or up to three weekly 15 minute stand up meetings
• Tools: AEM and Workfront or shared Excel for tracking, sprint-based workflow
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead project management activities including page tracking and coordination of a 100 page AEM content build
• Manage tasks and workflows within a sprint-based environment using client-approved tools
• Provide ongoing status updates and communication through designated collaboration platforms
• Perform quality assurance reviews of authored web pages to ensure error free execution
• Support one UAT cycle per page, ensuring efficient review timelines of approximately 10 to 15 minutes per page
• Track feedback and necessary updates using Workfront or shared Excel tools
• Conduct final quality checks prior to page handoff
• Collaborate closely with the AEM Content Author to ensure alignment and delivery quality
• Maintain adherence to strict schedules and defined working hours
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong digital project management experience, preferably leading website builds in AEM
• Experience working in sprint environments with ticket-based workflows
• Proficiency with project tracking and workflow tools including Workfront and Excel
• Hands-on QA and UAT support experience, particularly reviewing authored web content
• Ability to review and validate content quickly and accurately within tight timeframes
• Strong organizational, task management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency across large volumes of work
• Comfortable working within structured schedules and defined hours
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional digital and content teams
