In this role, you will focus on project analysis, portfolio reporting, governance coordination, and strategic program support across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role will help establish mature governance frameworks, drive PMO standardization initiatives, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.  Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Governance team in the use and continuous development of Planview Leverage portfolio data and system insights to deliver actionable analytics and executive reporting  Work with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to monitor project performance, assess risks and dependencies, and analyze operational and financial metrics  Support decision-making across the PMO portfolio by ensuring data integrity in Planview translates into meaningful governance insights and strategic recommendations  Contribute to the successful execution of transitions, process improvements, system implementations, and organizational change initiatives through structured analysis, reporting insights, and governance support  Implement PMO best practices and improve project delivery standards across the organization  Establish consistent governance processes and standards to drive continuous improvement  Enable data-driven portfolio management aligned with our organizational goals  Build governance readiness and ensure consistent, repeatable PMO processes across the enterprise     REQUIREMENTS  Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience supporting complex programs, portfolio management, or PMO/project analysis initiatives  Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Engineering, Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field  Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) highly desirable  Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus  AI certification or experience leveraging AI-enabled project tools and analytics a plus  Experience supporting PMO governance, project portfolio management, and project lifecycle reporting  Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting project, operational, financial, and resource data to support business decisions  Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, risk analysis, and executive-level presentations  Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks  Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, cross-functional environments  Stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels  Experience in process improvement, operational analysis, and change management initiatives  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Planview, Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English  Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and project cost tracking  Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization  Experience presenting insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams  Facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail  Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred  Ability to travel up to 25% as required  Industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or scientific instruments preferred
