About the position We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple IT initiatives within the Medicaid domain. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight across complex healthcare IT projects. Responsibilities • Gather and assist in developing business and technical requirements. • Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure execution aligns with timelines and objectives. • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. • Track and ensure timely completion of all deliverables with high quality standards. • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management. • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple levels. • Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, metrics, and reports. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users. • Support multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Requirements • 5+ years of Project Management experience. • 3+ years of experience in healthcare insurance or Medicaid IT projects. • Strong experience in project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems. • PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong exposure to healthcare IT environments.
