Description
What You'll Do
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for ClarionDoor's enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA, and client stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project delivery.
• Adapt project management approach based on client and project needs.
Requirements
Factors for Success
• 7-12 years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a client-facing role.
• Experience in commercial insurance or a strong understanding of insurance workflows.
• Background in business analytics or working closely with business analysts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
