Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will assist with program administration, stakeholder communication, project tracking, reporting, and process improvement activities while ensuring program objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and initiatives.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Prepare program reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives.
• Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and risk tracking activities.
• Maintain program documentation, records, and governance materials.
• Monitor program progress and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support stakeholder communications and reporting requirements.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, academic projects, or related experience accepted).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with project coordination, program administration, or operations support.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• CAPM or other project management certifications are a plus
