Develop and implement strategies to optimize the state master file consumption process.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of the program.
Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to state master file consumption and incorporate them into program initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state agencies and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
Oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and manage the program budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to state master file consumption.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments or teams as needed.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Represent the program and Molina Healthcare at external meetings and conferences related to state master file consumption.
