Product Owner – Player Account Management

Job Description: • Manage and enhance the PAM ecosystem, ensuring smooth operation across all functions • Build further functionalities in CMS to support operations efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services within the unified platform • Drive continuous improvement of system capabilities beyond basic account management • Streamline workflows across marketing, customer support, and compliance teams • Ensure unified player profiles are accessible for efficient decision-making • Reduce operational friction through system integration and process optimisation Requirements: • Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a fast-paced, agile, digital environment • Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criterias • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and delivery • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams • Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing user experience and conversion • Hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and take initiative • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis • Comfortable investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers • Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products • Advantageous: Experience in Gaming, Forex, or Crypto industries • Experience working on customer onboarding and conversion flows • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product-focused certification • Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones Benefits: • Competitive salary synonymous with skills and experience • Performance and bonus structure dependent on achievement of set targets and personal performance • 25 days PTO
