We're now hiring a Product Manager to join our global team and own REVIEWS.io — one of the most established products in our portfolio, and a critical driver of merchant trust, retention, and revenue. You'll lead its product strategy, ship directly, and help shape what product management looks like at clearer.io in the AI era.
The role
This isn't a traditional PM role. You won't be writing PRDs and waiting for engineering to ship them. You'll be prototyping the answer yourself, validating ideas with modern AI tools, and shipping working examples to sandbox environments before a spec is ever written.
You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for REVIEWS.io — a critical product in the Clearer portfolio. And you'll have a real hand in shaping how the rest of the product org works as we figure out what product management should look like when agents are part of the team.
What you'll own
product strategy & roadmap
Own the product strategy and roadmap for REVIEWS.io, ensuring the product contributes to Clearer's merchant value and business growth. Drive prioritisation and resource allocation across the portfolio, balancing quick wins with long-term investments. Own monetisation strategies and the commercial model behind the product. Establish and track KPIs that matter — adoption, retention, revenue contribution — and use them to make decisions, not just report on them.
discovery & validation
Build strong relationships with merchants to uncover real needs and translate them into product opportunities. Run continuous discovery and experimentation to validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources. Prototype solutions directly. Use AI tools to build working examples that validate hypotheses faster than a spec could, and ship them to sandbox environments for testing against real merchant scenarios.
cross-functional execution
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to align product direction with merchant needs. Represent REVIEWS.io internally and externally, serving as a thought leader for how Clearer apps deliver merchant growth and efficiency.
shaping how we work
Help define how product management works at Clearer in the AI era — the tools we use, how we ship, where the line between PM and engineering sits, and how agents fit into the team.
What we're looking for
4+ years of product management experience.
Proven success in B2B SaaS — ideally in ecommerce enablement or growth tools — with a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.
Strong product vision and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
A track record of driving measurable outcomes for merchants and the business — revenue growth, retention, upsell.
Experience managing a portfolio of products across different growth stages and business models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management — comfortable influencing across every level.
Familiarity with subscription revenue models, tech-enabled services, and product-led growth.
A genuine passion for customer experience and data-driven product development.
The way you work
Comfort with modern AI builder tools — Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0 — and a habit of using them to prototype ideas.
You'd rather show a working sandbox than ship a slide.
Started to orchestrate AI agents as part of how you work — sound instincts on what to delegate, what to verify, and what to hold and integrate yourself.
Strong product taste- When AI makes every output sound competent, you can tell whether something is actually right — and you're comfortable being the filter.
High agency and a bias to ship. You operate well without heavy processes and prefer small, accountable teams over committee-driven decisions.
