TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is seeking a Product Manager – Data Operations (Agentic AI) to lead enterprise DataOps initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery of data annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, and prompt/context engineering. This role blends product ownership with execution, acting as both strategic product leader and operational engine for AI data programs.
Product Management & Delivery Leadership
Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for DataOps and Agentic AI
Translate business needs into outcome-driven requirements
Define success metrics tied to data quality and AI performance
Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering and stakeholders
Drive governance, delivery readiness, and post-launch validation
Data Operations Execution (Data Flywheel)
Manage data ingestion-to-delivery workflows and annotation pipelines
Monitor throughput, remove blockers, and ensure delivery velocity
Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize processes
Track SLAs, metrics, and data quality thresholds
Prompt & Evaluation Operations
Maintain prompt libraries for testing, evaluation, and safety
Track evaluation KPIs and produce performance reporting
Ensure prompt/workflow versioning and traceability
Operational Quality Assurance
Enforce annotation guidelines and editorial standards
Monitor IRR, manage arbitration queues, and resolve edge cases
Develop RAID logs and risk mitigation strategies
Agentic AI Productization
Support development of agentic workflows and automation solutions
Ensure evaluation frameworks, HITL controls, and observability
Balance cost, performance, and reliability
Governance & Compliance
Ensure AI workflows meet enterprise governance standards
Define controls for data handling and auditability
Align with security and compliance policies
Client Partnership
Serve as primary liaison for stakeholders and TPM leads
Provide transparent communication on status and risks
Support POCs and pre-sales activities
Knowledge Management
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and delivery playbooks
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of experience across Product Management and / or Product Operations.
Proven experience delivering enterprise DataOps platforms and/or AI/ML systems into production.
Strong hands on understanding of open source data tooling, including:
Orchestration (e.g., Airflow)
Transformation and modeling (e.g., dbt)
Data quality and validation (e.g., Great Expectations) Metadata and lineage (e.g., OpenLineage)
Practical experience with open source Agentic AI concepts and frameworks:
RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases
Agent orchestration and workflow graphs
Tool/function calling using open APIs
Experience authoring PRDs, roadmaps, program plans, and executive readouts.
Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience
Familiarity with annotation, RLHF, or evaluation pipelines
Excel/Sheets/Tableau proficiency
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree a plus.
Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated or compliance heavy industries.
Familiarity with open source LLM hosting and deployment patterns (self hosted or cloud agnostic).
Exposure to LLMOps and MLOps using open tooling (model versioning, evals, CI/CD).
Experience designing reference architectures or accelerators for reuse across clients.
Experience in consulting or client facing delivery environments.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $128000.00 - $192000.00/yr.

Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
