What You'll Do
We are seeking a Product Manager to support one of the most critical areas of our business - Financial Recordkeeping (FRK).
FRK powers the core financial processing for our Nonqualified business, including assets, liabilities, investments, and the transaction engines that support them. This is a complex, high-impact space with opportunities to improve stability, access to data, and long-term modernization.
In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver meaningful improvements, strengthen platform health, and help evolve FRK into a more scalable and accessible platform over time.
Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to advance strategic business goals through strong product leadership
Lead discovery efforts to identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for customers and the business
Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned to enterprise goals and long-term value creation
Influence and align collaborators across the organization, driving decisions that balance customer needs, technology, and business priorities
Collaborate closely with engineering and experience teams to translate strategy into clear direction and measurable outcomes
Leverage data, insights, and feedback loops to continuously assess product health and uncover opportunities for growth
Provide leadership through ambiguity, connecting day-to-day decisions to broader strategy while elevating product thinking across teams

Who You Are
You have 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
You have 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
Skilled at integrating diverse perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions
Experienced in financial, transactional, or regulated environments, with the ability to lead through complexity and align across competing priorities
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority, driving alignment and outcomes across complex, cross-functional teams
Proven track record of leading or contributing to the transformation of complex systems into scalable, platform-oriented solutions

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$104400 - $163200 / year

Wichita, KS: $104,400 - $122,400 / year
Des Moines, IA: $110,200 - $129,200 / year
Charlotte, NC: $116,000 - $136,000 / year
Chicago/Minneapolis: $127,600 - $149,600 / year
Los Angeles/New York City: $139,200 - $163,200/ year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Senior Product Manager I minimum qualifications:
6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and collaborators.
