From our headquarters in Utah, USA, to our global offices in India, Ireland, Bulgaria, Mexico, the Philippines, and Australia, we all work together to drive innovation and success.    We are excited to have you apply to join our MarketStar team and can’t wait to discuss how we can help you find growth!    About the Product Advisor: As a Product Advisor, you will collaborate with and support the K12 & Higher Education Scaled Sales business to foster interest in and adoption of Education tools. This role involves overlaying the against our inside sales rep territories, engaging in pre-sales activities including providing on call support, product demos and presenting thought leadership.     You will work collaborative and cross-functionally with stakeholders from various teams including sales, marketing, and product teams in support of executing our business strategies to drive revenue growth within the Scaled segment.     You will be considered the product expert within the Scaled Sales team being able to train the inside sales teams on important product updates and market trends. You will also demonstrate our tools, create compelling stories and use cases for the market, and collaborate with the sales team and customers to build business cases that highlight the capabilities and value of our offerings.    Location: US - Remote    What will you do?  Support relationships in (collaboration with the solutions sales team) with K12 & Higher Education accounts  Collaborate with Scaled Sales solution sellers to identify opportunities, advance deals through the pipeline, and close sales  Collaborate with and empower channel partners to advocate for our SAS tools, work on opportunities together, and close deals  Address inquiries from K12 & Higher Education institutions and work cross-functionally to provide technical or strategic answers  Gather product feedback from customers and share it with internal cross-functional teams  Participate in scaled outreach activities, potentially including webinars and events  What will you need to succeed?  Degree or relevant work experience in K12/Higher Education sales Solid experience in education technology (edtech) training or sales   Strong verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills  Experience in the education industry   Ability to support sales teams with deal execution and pipeline management  Demonstrated experience navigating institutions with complex decision-making environments  Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities, including managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines  Strong understanding of the technology market and a passion for Google applications and cloud computing  Having Google Certified Trainer designation / Google Certified Educator Level 1 / Google Certified Educator Level 2  is a plus Experience in software sales and account management   What We Offer:   In our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:  Structured learning and career development programs  Mental health program  Generous Paid Time Off policy   Paid medical leave  Child/Dependent care reimbursement   Education reimbursement  401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor   Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision     Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD The salary range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $70,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $10,000.00 annually.
