Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You’ll Make an Impact Monitor and evaluate production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout. Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies. Lead and participate in Kaizen events. Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement. Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects. Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance. Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with cross-functional teams. Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.
