One of the key growth initiatives for 2026 is the expansion of the Prime 7 Apparel Division. This division is focused on becoming a go-to supplier for custom team gear, including uniforms, jerseys, fan apparel, travel gear, and branded merchandise for programs across football, flag football, 7v7, and broader sports communities. • *Position Overview** Prime 7 Series is hiring a Sales Representative (2), to help build and expand the apparel division from the ground up. This is a front-line sales role focused on generating new business, building relationships with teams and organizations, and driving apparel revenue. This is a startup-style opportunity. You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline, managing outreach, and closing deals. You will be directly tied to the growth of a developing apparel brand within a fast-moving sports company. This role is best suited for someone early in their career who wants real sales experience, real responsibility, and real upside tied to performance. • *Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound outreach to teams, coaches, clubs, and sports organizations • Build and manage relationships across football, flag football, 7v7, and youth sports programs • Generate new business for uniforms, team apparel, and custom gear packages • Identify and pursue new markets, regions, and partnership opportunities • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active prospects • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal completion • Represent the Prime 7 brand with professionalism and clarity in all interactions • Track outreach, conversations, and deal flow independently • Contribute ideas around sales strategy, pricing positioning, and market expansion • Support the growth of the apparel division into new regions across the country • *Ideal Candidate • Hungry, competitive, and self-motivated • Comfortable with outreach, relationship building, and closing • Strong communicator with confidence in both written and verbal interaction • Understands sports culture, team dynamics, and the importance of branding • Interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or sports business • Organized and able to manage their own pipeline without oversight • Willing to operate in a performance-driven environment • *This role is for someone who: • Wants real sales reps and real accountability • Is comfortable betting on their own output • Is energized by building something from the ground up • *This role is not for someone who: • Needs a fixed hourly wage or guaranteed income • Is uncomfortable with commission-based earnings • Requires constant direction or micromanagement • *Preferred Qualifications • Current college student or recent graduate • Background in sports, athletics, or team environments • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus • Existing relationships within sports programs or communities is a plus • Interest in sports apparel, branding, or team operations • *Compensation This is a 100% commission-based paid internship. There is no base salary or hourly pay.
