CMHCs, hotels, federal contractors, MBE founders, behavioral health operators, hospitality strategy executives - the buyer set we serve is the guest set we want on air.We need a producer who can run the full operation: guest sourcing, prep briefs, recording coordination, audio polish, episode publishing, distribution, and show-notes craft.This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter rates.
