About the Opportunity
Our remote coordination team is growing, and we're currently seeking organized, dependable individuals to join us as Planning Support Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients with coordinating personalized travel experiences, organizing reservation details, and helping ensure every part of the planning process is handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
Help clients organize travel plans based on preferences, timelines, and budgets
Assist with arranging accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
Research destinations, supplier options, and available travel services using approved systems
Review booking details and assist with confirmations, itinerary organization, and reservation tracking
Communicate with clients professionally through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Support travelers with schedule updates, trip modifications, and follow-up requests
Maintain detailed and organized client records within internal systems
Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates
Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing learning opportunities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote setting
Basic knowledge of computers, email platforms, and online tools
Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in travel, customer experience, coordination, or hospitality-related work
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved hiring regions
