Hope Valley Health Services, a primary care clinic proudly serving the Santa Ynez Valley community in Buellton, California, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This role offers a flexible, patient-centered practice environment with a current schedule of three full days on-site per week and an optional fourth day of telehealth. As our patient base continues to expand, this position is expected to transition into a full-time role. You will work in close collaboration with our physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages in a supportive team-based setting. Buellton is located in the heart of California's Central Coast wine country, offering an exceptional quality of life with a small-town atmosphere, excellent schools, and easy access to Santa Barbara, Los Olivos, and Solvang. Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive primary care services including health assessments, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic conditions • Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans • Prescribe medications and therapies under the supervision of a licensed physician in accordance with California PA practice guidelines • Deliver telehealth consultations as required • Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options • Assist with procedures commonly performed in a primary care setting • Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the clinical team • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system Qualifications: • Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program • Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) • Active or eligible for California Physician Assistant license • Active or eligible for DEA registration • Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship are welcome to apply Working Hours: Three full days on-site per week with an optional fourth day of telehealth.
