We are seeking a
Penetration Tester to simulate real-world cyberattacks, identify vulnerabilities, and expose weaknesses before they can be exploited.
Because security isn’t proven by assumptions.
It’s proven by testing it under pressure
.
The Role
This role serves as the organization’s offensive security specialist
.
You will conduct controlled testing, simulate attacks, and validate vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and platforms.
You are not just identifying issues.
You are thinking like an attacker to prevent real attacks
.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening the organization’s overall security posture through proactive testing and risk validation.
What You’ll Own
Penetration Testing & Ethical Hacking
• Conduct penetration tests across

• Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
Vulnerability Exploitation & Validation
• Perform controlled exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Validate severity and real-world impact
• Demonstrate attack paths and risks
Security Assessment & Testing
• Perform
• Network testing
• Application testing
• Configuration reviews
• Apply industry-standard testing methodologies
Reporting & Documentation
• Document
• Vulnerabilities
• Exploitation methods
• Risk levels
• Provide clear, actionable remediation recommendations
• Deliver reports to security and leadership teams
Security Control Validation
• Test effectiveness of
• Security configurations
• Access controls
• Monitoring systems
• Identify gaps in defenses and recommend improvements
Collaboration with Security & IT Teams
• Work closely with
• Cybersecurity Engineers
• Vulnerability management teams

• Conduct recurring testing cycles

• Support audit readiness through testing validation
• Provide documentation and evidence of security testing

Required
• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity or penetration testing
• Strong understanding of

Preferred
• Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with
• Web application security
• Network testing
• Certifications (CEH, OSCP – preferred but not required)
• Experience in SaaS or cloud environments
