Masco Corporationis seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to supportUS-basedBusiness Units. This roleis responsible foraccuratepayroll processing, compliancewith federal and state regulations, and continuous improvement. The Payroll Analyst partners closely with HR, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to delivera high levelof payrollexpertiseand customer service. The ideal candidatedemonstratesstrong problem-solving skills, exceptional attentionto detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Processweekly and bi-weekly payroll for US business units ensuringaccuratehours, earnings,fringesand deductions according to company guidelines.

  • Assistswith payroll funding,balancing, and reconciliation activities.

  • Partner with theTax Accountantontax research and filings.

  • Assists with General Ledger entries, reconciliations,and research.

  • Collaborate with the HRISteamon payroll configuration,testing, implementations, and system upgrades.

  • Serve as subject matter expert to ensure company compliance withpayrollas applicable to withholdings, payment of wages, garnishment, childsupportand voluntary deductions.

  • Collects,coordinatesand enters payroll data andmaintainsrelated payroll records.

  • Resolve escalated/complex employee issues that require managerial intervention or involve other process areas.

  • Back up to the payroll team for other pay groups.

  • Responds to and assembles data as needed for various external audits.

  • Sets up, processes and responds to child support and wage garnishments.

  • Responds toverificationsof employment and unemployment notices.

  • Implement process improvements where opportunities for increasedefficienciesare discovered.

  • Troubleshootpayroll and taxissuesto help find and implement resolutions.

  • Verify and process employee purchase rebates.

  • Other tasks/functions/projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Payroll processing experience in a large multi-state, multi-company environment.

  • Workday experience isrequired.

  • Experience with UKG Timekeeping (Kronos Dimensions) preferred.

  • Canadian Payroll experiencepreferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Officeskills, particularly Excel, with solidanalyticalcapability.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving andcritical-thinkingskills.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.

  • Exhibit confidence,energyand enthusiasm.

  • Highattention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated ability toidentifyprocess improvement opportunities and lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

  • Minimumthreeyears’ experiencein payroll data processing and analysis.

  • Associate’sor applicable college course work preferred.

Full timeHiring Range: $49,500.00 - $77,660.00 USDActual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
