What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Analyze scheduling patterns, service levels, patient utilization, and financial modeling to identify access gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Create accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses that support leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business teams to enhance patient experience and optimize capacity management
• Provide patient access data and reporting to the PAC Management Team and other departments as directed
• Develop systems and processes foundational for reporting and analysis
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Experience in data analysis, decision support, medical economics, healthcare informatics, or managed healthcare
• Solid understanding of provider scheduling, appointment workflows, visit types, and patient access metrics
• Proven ability to analyze and report on business units, products, or service lines
• Strong analytical/modeling skills to convert raw data into actionable business insights
• Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to succeed in healthcare analytics

• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in healthcare organizations
• Understanding of financial modeling within healthcare operations such as utilization metrics and payer mix
