And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.</p> <p><strong>Could that be you?</strong></p> <p>Your Mission</p> <p>The Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for rapidly scaling and managing the UiPath partner ecosystem within the South Africa sales region.</p> <p>Partners are at the heart of UiPath’s global go-to-market strategy. The partner’s intimate knowledge of their customer’s business challenges, plus their ability to offer design, development, and deployment services, will help bring automation solutions to our customers.</p> <p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do At UiPath</strong></p> <p>Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of UiPath, our products and services, resulting in accelerated revenue growth while maintaining a customer/partner-centric mindset.<br /> Develop an ecosystem of partners who are ready to transform their business and that of their customers through the adoption of UiPath automation technology.<br /> Make sure partners are trained effectively on the sales process and lead them to effectively execute to meet or exceed mutually agreed upon plans and targets.<br /> Manage the quarterly sales funnel from opportunity development through deal closure and partner service delivery.<br /> Quantitatively manage all facets of the region’s partner business.<br /> Share standard methodologies regarding tools, sales techniques, and account management with peers and working teams.</p> <p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Bring To The Team</strong></p> <p>Natural ability to operate in a manner that&#8217;s aligned to our Cultural Values; Humble, Immersed, Fast, Bold<br /> Demonstrable success engaging with regional partner organizations<br /> Proven track record of success in channel strategic planning, owning sales targets, and managing sales forecast<br /> Strong business acumen with experience in a high-growth, fast-paced company<br /> Superb business development and negotiation skills coupled with the communication skills (both written and oral) to sell your ideas<br /> Experience and proven track record of direct selling against quota goals at some stage in your sales career<br /> Sales driven approach with a solution oriented mindset<br /> Conscious application of sales methodologies in your process (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger or similar) to ensure accuracy and pipeline development<br /> Fluent in English &#8211; both written and spoken</p> <p>Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
