**The Role**
We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Support agent to join our shared team. The successful candidate must also be fluent in spoken English. As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers across various channels, including call, email, chat, WhatsApp, letter, and social media.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively
* Develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services
* Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
* Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
* Log all calls accurately and in line with procedure
* Maintain and update all administration
* Consult product manuals to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions
* Meet minimum monitoring criteria
* Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets

**Requirements**
* Fluency in English and French
* Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service
* Good organisational skills
* A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard
* A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
* Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
* ECDL qualification an advantage
**Work Schedule**
* Saturday and Sunday shifts, 7.5 hours per day, between 8:30am and 11pm
* Mostly day shifts, with some flexibility to work evening shifts as required
* First two weeks of training will require full-time Monday to Friday shifts
