Amida Technology Solutions is seeking a Part-time Temporary Project Management Specialist. This role will be reported to the VP of Service Delivery. If you want to help public agencies, non-profits, and companies get their data right, we look forward to hearing from you. This remote position is slated for 29 hours per week for an initial period of 2-3 months.
What You Will Do:
Support project and program managers
Facilitate meetings, take meeting minutes, and track project deliverables
Create and manage project deliverables including timelines, reports, and presentations
Other duties as assigned
Required Education:
High school diploma; college degree preferred
Required Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or other role requiring strong administrative or organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience creating and presenting project deliverables (i.e., reports, training materials, presentations)
Required Skills:
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Clear communication skills, both written and spoken
Superior documentation skills
Excellent collaboration and team-focused mentality
Preferred Skills:
Experience as a project manager or scrum master
Strong ability to analyze information and extract key points for presentations and reports
Familiarity with Jira or other project management applications
