Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our CTrides project team. This role focuses on the statewide transportation demand management (TDM) program and provides frontline assistance for commuter rail services on the Shore Line East and Hartford Line corridors. The position is weekend‑based, operating from 7 am to 6 pm Eastern Time, and offers a blend of remote work with occasional in‑person training sessions.

As a key member of the customer service hub, you will be the voice of careerzynith for thousands of daily commuters, delivering accurate information, timely alerts, and personalized travel solutions. Your contributions will directly influence rider satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall perception of careerzynith’s transportation services.
