We are a growing, long-standing law firm seeking a reliable, professional Intake Specialist to handle incoming new client calls and support our team.
This is a remote, part-time role for candidates who are based in the United States, speak fluent English, and are available during Texas (Central Time) business hours.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from potential new clients in a professional, empathetic manner
• Gather and document key client information accurately
• Perform live call transfers to attorneys or team members when appropriate
• Schedule consultations using our internal calendar system
• Maintain clear, organized notes in our CRM/case management system
• Ensure every caller has a positive first impression of the firm
Requirements:
• Must be located in the United States
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in a law firm intake role or legal assistant position
• Basic understanding of property tax law (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts/processes
• Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRMs, and VoIP phone systems
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Availability during Texas (Central Time) business hours
Nice to Have:
• Experience with legal intake software or call handling services
• Background in real estate or property tax-related matters
• Previous remote customer service or call center experience
Hours:
• Part-time (with potential for additional hours over time)
