Independent Fundraising Event Partner Company: CharityAuctions.com Location: Remote / Flexible, with local event support as needed Job Type: Independent Contractor / Part-Time Compensation: Commission and/or flat fee per event, based on experience and performance About the opportunity CharityAuctions.com helps nonprofits and schools raise money through online, silent, live, and hybrid fundraising events. We are building a new partner network of independent fundraising event professionals who want flexible, meaningful work helping local organizations raise more money. This is a great fit for stay-at-home parents, former event planners, nonprofit volunteers, community-minded professionals, and anyone looking to build a part-time income stream using proven tools and training. You will use CharityAuctions.com’s platform, templates, and support systems to help clients plan and run successful fundraising events. What you’ll do • Help nonprofits, schools, and community organizations plan fundraising events. • Manage event setup, timelines, and communication with clients. • Use CharityAuctions.com tools to launch and support auctions and fundraising campaigns. • Coordinate event logistics before and during the fundraiser. • Guide clients through best practices for item collection, bidder engagement, and checkout. • Represent CharityAuctions.com professionally in your local market. • Potentially build a recurring book of business over time. What we’re looking for • Strong communication and people skills. • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. • Experience with events, fundraising, sales, customer service, school volunteering, or nonprofit work is a plus. • Self-starter mentality and willingness to follow a proven process. • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. • Interest in helping schools and nonprofits succeed. Preferred experience • Event planning or coordination. • Nonprofit fundraising or volunteer leadership. • Sales, account management, or client services. • Marketing, community outreach, or relationship building. Compensation This is an independent contractor opportunity with earnings based on the events you manage and the clients you support.
