This is a part-time employee position with flexible scheduling, well-suited to a retired or semi-retired financial aid professional, or an experienced FA processor looking to add 10–15 hours a week to their schedule. Our system handles the calculations; you follow established procedures and keep our federal records accurate. Final eligibility approvals remain with the school administrator.
What you'll do
Work in our student information system (Diamond) to manage student records and aid data
Review ISIRs and SAI to determine Pell/Title IV eligibility

Process and report awards/disbursements in COD
Maintain NSLDS enrollment reporting and perform verification checks
Pull and reconcile COD disbursements against the student ledger
Maintain accurate records and support compliance/audit documentation
Escalate eligibility decisions and final sign-offs to the school administrator
What we're looking for
2+ years of Title IV financial aid processing or administration
Hands-on experience with COD and NSLDS (G5, SAIG/EDConnect a plus)
Experience with a student information system; Diamond or a similar clock-hour SIS a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and comfort following defined procedures
Careful handling of student PII per FERPA and GLBA
Dependable, responsive communicator
Eligibility (required, will be verified)
Authorized to work in the US and able to access federal systems from within the United States
No federal student loans in default
Able to pass a background check
Not debarred, suspended, or excluded from federal programs
Schedule and pay
Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
Remote-friendly (US-based)
$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience
To apply, please include a brief summary of your Title IV processing experience (especially COD and NSLDS), confirmation you're US-based and can pass a background check, and your availability.
