As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers

**Qualifications**

* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
* Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in our products and services
* Flexible scheduling after completion of training, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts and schedules
* Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities to increase your hours as needed
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
