**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor
* Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Meet or exceed established performance requirements, demonstrating your commitment to excellence
* Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses
* Other duties as required, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, demonstrating your foundation in education and critical thinking
* Computer literate, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to operate standard telephone systems, ensuring seamless communication with customers
* Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
* Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable, adhering to regulatory requirements
**Physical Requirements:**
* The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
+ Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions, with 100% of the job performed outside
+ Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
+ Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
+ Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
