As a remote Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently. * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues. * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues. * Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. **Schedule** Our part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule that fits around your life.
