**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable online experience
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
* Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must be able to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
* Possess gaming experience (optional but preferred)
