About the Position
Purple Sales Solutions, a Canadian Company, is looking for an experienced Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist with excellent Canadian Accounting knowledge & fully comfortable with QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll. This role will be integral to building Purple Sales' internal operations, policies, and procedures.
Currently, we require assistance with the following tasks:
Accounting/Bookkeeping & Payroll for Canada:
Supervising and controlling
Daily Accounting records
Monthly P&L & annual balance sheet
Generating ad hoc financial reports
Generating accounting reports as requested
Responding to inquiries regarding A/P & A/R
Account receivable management
Payroll management & contractor invoice management
Assisting with generating and/or submitting Tax documents such as T4, T4A, T2, GST/HST, ROE, T2200
Revenue activities:
Supervising and controlling Administrative sales activities
Monthly P&L & annual balance sheet
Timely client invoicing/vendor payments
Keeping up to date with the CRM and the different tasks in the latest stages, such as proposal update and agreement finalization.
Identifying Grants and preparing their application in a timely fashion
Generating management reports as requested

Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
At least four years of experience using QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll
Ability to use presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Excel professionally
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
Tools knowledge requirements:
QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payroll (Advanced Level required)
Excel (Advanced Level Required)
Pandadoc (Preferred)
BambooHR (Preferred)
Start Date: Within July 2026
