Paralegal

KBD Attorneys is a small-to-medium-sized plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with a nationwide practice. They are seeking a Paralegal to assist with various tasks including client intake, drafting paperwork, and managing case-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Intaking new clients
• Drafting and following up on new client paperwork
• Communicating with clients to gather or provide information
• Ordering and following up on medical records
• Reviewing medical records
• Assisting with preparation of demand packages
• Coordinating with providers and lienholders
• Managing deadlines and case-related tasks

Skills

• The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions are essential
• Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general document handling is required
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Legal experience is helpful but not required
