Position Overview
We are hiring an Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing consumer lending division at careerzynith. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with a fixed overnight schedule of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role begins with a comprehensive one-week training program conducted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your responsibilities.
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, process consumer loan applications, arrange payment plans, and address customer inquiries with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities
