Outbound Healthcare Sales Development Executive (Part-Time) GrowthMedics is a global market development partner for the life sciences industry, supporting medical device, IVD, and healthcare companies in expanding into new international markets. About the role We are seeking a jr to mid-level Outbound Sales Development Inside Sales to drive outbound business development focused on healthcare services such as accreditation, quality frameworks, ISO certifications, and MDSAP-related services for hospitals and manufacturers in the medical industry. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience in healthcare services or medical industry sales, comfortable engaging with C-level hospital executives, quality and regulatory leaders, and MedTech companies. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Pipeline Development - Execute targeted outbound sales development campaigns (Outbound calling / Emails / Digital channels) - Identify and engage hospital systems, ambulatory surgery center executives (C-suite, Quality, Regulatory leaders) - Prospect MedTech and IVD manufacturers for certification and compliance services - Identify, generate and coordinate qualified meetings and sales opportunities - Build and maintain a consistent outbound activity pipeline Target Accounts & Stakeholder Engagement • Prospect hospitals, healthcare systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics • Prospect MedTech, IVD, and healthcare manufacturers for certification and accreditation services • Engage C-level executives, Quality Directors, Regulatory leaders, Operations leaders, and procurement stakeholders • Identify decision-makers and map organizational structures Pipeline Development & Follow-Up • Nurture and follow up with prospects through structured outreach sequences • Maintain momentum on open opportunities through persistent engagement • Support the sales process by qualifying leads and identifying commercial opportunities • Coordinate meetings and handovers with senior commercial leadership KPI & Performance Management • Work within clear outbound sales KPIs and activity targets • Track outbound calls, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline development • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting discipline • Participate in weekly reporting and alignment meetings Tradeshow & Commercial Support • Support pre-event outreach campaigns and meeting scheduling • Assist with prospect targeting before congresses and healthcare events • Provide occasional support during industry tradeshows or commercial activities What We’re Looking For Experience - 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR roles - Experience selling services (preferred) within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences - Proven experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation - Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (C-level, Directors, decision-makers) Profile - Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, hunter mentality - Comfortable selling intangible / service-based solutions - Able to communicate value to both clinical and executive audiences - Structured, disciplined, and KPI-driven Skills - Excellent communication and outreach skills (phone, email, LinkedIn) - Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) - Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup What we offer - Working with leading companies and providing best in class solutions - Independent contractor agreement - Career growth opportunities and training - Part-time commitment (approx. 16 - 20 hours per week) - Remote flexible working days and hours - Competitive retainer-based compensation - Performance-based bonus tied to qualified meetings and pipeline generation Additional Information This is a mid-level role intended for professionals who are hands-on in outbound sales execution.
