Requirements:
• Mendix Certification is mandatory (Advanced or Expert level)
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix development
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying Mendix applications
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Working knowledge of Java for custom integrations and enhancements
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, version control, deployment pipelines)
• Experience building web and mobile applications using Mendix
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with enterprise clients (preferably in financial services or public sector)
• Knowledge of Mendix best practices, microflows, integrations, and deployment strategies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
