Requirement: Online/Virtual Special Education Teacher

Certified Special Education Teacher (K-12)
This would be an online/virtual position only, around 1.5-2 hours per day and 8-9 hours per week
School hours are typically 7 am to 3 pm. Service hours will be mutually decided between teacher and the parents.
Caseload: 1 to 2 students
Start Date: July 15 2026
End Date: May 20 2027
EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate part-time Online/Virtual Special Education Teacher to support students for one of your school site in Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, school administrators, and families to support student success.
Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social growth.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district requirements.
Qualifications
Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching License (required).
Minimum one year of experience in a Special Education classroom.
Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and progress monitoring.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
