Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their interests, travel preferences, and vacation goals
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
Recommend travel options that align with client budgets, schedules, and expectations
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
Provide timely updates and support throughout the planning and booking process
Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
Coordinate reservation details and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
Maintain organized records of client interactions, itineraries, and booking information
Stay current on destination trends, supplier promotions, and industry developments
Deliver outstanding service designed to create a positive client experience from start to finish
Qualifications
Interest in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or client-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
