What You Can Expect
The Monogram Robotics Expert (MRX) is a marketing-based education and experience role. The MRXs serve as platform experts and educators responsible for training, knowledge dissemination, and high-quality external demonstrations of the Monogram robotic system.
This role supports education and enablement across all Zimmer Biomet functions—including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Education—by delivering consistent, best in class robotic knowledge and programs. Externally, MRXs represent Monogram at congresses, medical education programs, workshops, and events, helping shape perception, credibility, and excitement around the robotic platform.
MRXs do not own sales accounts, and do not provide routine clinical case coverage or post-sales clinical application support tied to sales activity.
This role IS:A marketing led education and experience role
Focused on training, demonstrations, and knowledge leadership
Responsible for scalable education across ZB and external audiences
A visible ambassador of Monogram robotics at congresses and events
This role is not:A clinical field sales specialist
An account aligned sales support role
Routine intraoperative coverage during the sales process

Travel Expectations
Up to 70%. This is a remote, field-based position with high travel.
How You'll Create Impact
Robotic Platform Education & ExpertiseServe as a subject matter expert on the Monogram robotic platform, including system functionality, workflows, and application concepts.
Maintain deep knowledge of robotic-assisted surgery, competitive landscape, and evolving standards.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant education across all audiences.
Provide structured feedback to Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and R&D
Training & Enablement (Internal & External)Deliver education and training for:Internal Zimmer Biomet teams (ex. Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Medical Education)
Surgeons and hospital staff in non sales educational settings
Medical education programs and workshops
Contribute to developing curricula and strategic initiatives
Execute curricula developed by the MRX Manager and Marketing.
Support train the trainer initiatives to scale robotic knowledge.
Reinforce consistent messaging, positioning, and platform understanding.
Congresses, Events & Medical Education ProgramsRepresent Monogram robotics at:National and regional congresses
Medical education courses and workshops
Product exhibitions and demonstrations
Deliver high quality system demonstrations focused on education and awareness.
Ensure a premium, consistent Monogram experience at all events.
Partner with Marketing and Corporate Comms to align with brand narrative and messaging.
New Application Readiness & Launch SupportCollaborate with R&D on new applications, requirements, and research
Lead training and readiness programs for new robotic applications.
Support launch execution through:Learning and mastering new application workflows
Supporting educational content and demonstrations
Participating in early awareness and education initiatives
Act as an education bridge between early application development and broader market understanding.

Your Background
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with medical devices, surigcal robots or clinical technology
Experience educating surgeons or healthcare professionals
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
Preferred Experience: Background in clinical field support, clinical education, medical education, or technical training.
Exposure to orthopedic procedures (knee, hip, or related).
Experience supporting product or application launches in the field.
Comfort operating independently while aligned to centralized team.
Expected Compensation Range
$71,000 - $107,000 USD Annual
