What You'll Do:
As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our 24/7 crisis response team, providing:
• Crisis Intervention: De-escalate situations, offer short-term stabilization, and connect clients to the right resources.
• Field Assessments: Conduct mental health evaluations, including 5150 holds, and facilitate appropriate care admissions.
• Community Linkage: Help clients access social and human services to support long-term well-being.
• Collaboration: Work closely with agencies, community partners, and support networks.

Flexible Scheduling to Fit Your Lifestyle!
This is a per diem, after-hours role primarily covering evenings, overnights, and early mornings (approximately 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day). The position is designed to offer flexibility, making it well-suited for individuals who maintain other employment or professional commitments. Shifts are scheduled based on program needs and staff availability.
Competitive pay structure:
We recognize the importance of your time and expertise, offering a tiered pay structure:
• On-Call (standby): $10.00/hr
• Roll Out (when dispatched to a call): $42.00/hr
• Meetings/Trainings Rate: $40.00/hr
What You'll Bring:
We welcome candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds who meet one of the following criteria:
• Master’s Degree: Social work, counseling, or related field + 2 years of counseling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Social work, counseling, or related field + 4 years of counseling experience.
• Associate’s Degree: Social work, counseling, or related field + 6 years of counseling experience.
