Mobile Crisis Clinician - (Weekend Overnights) Department: Crisis Services Employment Type: Part Time Location: Arnold - Municipal Drive Reporting To: Kristal Coleman Compensation: $26.81 - $36.29 / hour Description Be the Calm in the Storm as a Mobile Crisis Clinician Will be based throughout Jefferson County. This is a part-time position. The schedule is Saturday - Monday, overnights 8:00pm - 8:00am, 24 hours weekly. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you’ll be on the front lines providing immediate, person-centered crisis intervention to individuals in behavioral health distress. You’ll assess needs, de-escalate crises, and ensure individuals are connected with the care and resources they need — all while collaborating with a compassionate and skilled team. Key Responsibilities • Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in person • Conduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations • Make clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate services • Coordinate care with internal teams and external community partners • Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care • Document services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standards • Participate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Regional travel required; hybrid work environment with office-based shifts required Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • High School/GED Required • Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field preferred WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • At least one (1) year experience working in behavioral health required if Bachelor’s degree is the highest education level obtained • Working knowledge of DSM-V required • A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required • Reliable transportation LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION • MO Substance Use credential required (CRADC or CADC) (if high school is highest education obtained) • PLPC, LMSW, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, or LCSW preferred You’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You: • Are passionate about showing up for others in crisis and creating a safe, supportive space • Have strong clinical instincts and can remain calm under pressure • Thrive in dynamic environments and are flexible with shifting needs or locations • Communicate clearly and compassionately with individuals, families, and community partners • Are confident in your clinical documentation and assessment skills • Believe in whole-person, strength-based care and the power of connection during critical moments IND2 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
