General Position Responsibilities We are seeking a "hungry" mid-level sales professional excited to make a difference and grow revenue in a small, agile company environment. This role requires a consultative approach to understand a prospect's complex supply chain challenges and position Agistix's solutions to drive value and ROI. • Strategic Prospecting & "Hunter" Mentality - Adopt a tenacious, "hunter" mentality to proactively conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and creative research to identify key stakeholders at target global organizations. Manage and direct a sales strategy to win new business. • Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management - Field and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner, guiding prospective customers through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to close. Diligently utilize Salesforce to manage leads, input account data, track activity, forecast pipelines, and ensure data integrity. • Value-Based Selling - Demonstrate the compelling vision and value proposition of the Agistix SaaS platform to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers using value-based selling techniques. Act as a subject matter expert on Agistix products and the competitive landscape. Handle objections and pivot conversations with tact and professionalism. • Solution Alignment & Collaboration - Work effectively both autonomously and by collaborating as a strong "One Team" member with other areas of the business, including customer support, solutions consultants, and executive leadership, to align solutions to customer needs and close business. Summarize product feedback from customers and act as an advocate with internal teams. Position Requirements • Proven B2B Sales Experience - Proven sales experience, ideally with 3+ years selling B2B technology or enterprise SaaS solutions; experience in a small, fast-growth company is a plus. A track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives is highly valued. • Tech-Savvy & Tool Proficiency - Highly tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other web-based sales technologies. • Supply Chain Domain Knowledge - Knowledge of the supply chain, transportation, and logistics industries, including business processes and common challenges, is a significant bonus. Curious and hungry to solve customers' real-world supply chain challenges. • Communication & Presentation Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data to high-level stakeholders. Comfortable delivering presentations to leadership and large groups. • Sales Traits - Self-motivated, coachable, adaptable, and achievement-driven with high call courage and the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to achieve objectives. • Organization & Work Ethic - Highly organized with a keen sense of timeliness, superior time management skills, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines consistently. A strong work ethic with a positive attitude, a team player with high integrity. • Remote Work Setup - Current computer system (PC or Mac), secure high-speed internet, and workspace free from distractions and noise. Additional Details • This position is 100% remote. • This is initially a contractor role with the potential to hire into a full-time position for the right candidate based on performance. • Compensation is commensurate based on relevant experience plus commission. • Benefits are only available if the contract becomes a full-time, salaried position. • We all work hard at Agistix, we treat each other with respect, and together we make a great team. The contract trial period will last for a minimum of 60 days, during which the expectation is that you demonstrate your ability to be a self-starter, critical-thinker and strong team member. Flexible hours depending on location, strong preference for the continental United States, and a preference for full-time hours Monday to Friday.
