Significance, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator with SharePoint expertise to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to support a dynamic and collaborative environment while helping optimize and manage our Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms.

The Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the administration, security, optimization, and ongoing improvement of the company’s Microsoft 365 commercial environment, including coordination of identity and account synchronization between the commercial and Microsoft 365 GCC tenants.

This position will serve as a primary technical resource for Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The individual will work closely with internal departments to assess existing SharePoint and Teams environments, improve site organization and governance, strengthen access controls, automate business processes, and enhance the overall user experience.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-directed professional who can independently identify opportunities for improvement, develop project plans, coordinate with business stakeholders, and drive initiatives through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security architecture, identity management, SharePoint information architecture, and the integration of Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and Teams.
